The RTP 300¢â is a compact size digital
integrated protection relay, suited to protection
relay and power measurements in the field.
The RTP 300 measures both fundamental component
of ±1.0% class for protection relay
and true RMS of ±0.3% class for general
measuring.
The RTP 300 provides high
accuracy measurements of voltages, currents,
power, energy, power factor, frequency,
demand, maximum/minimum, and power quality,
such as THD, harmonic analysis, and vector
diagram in power system.
Data monitoring
and function setup are made easily both
by graphic LCD and key navigation on the
front panel of the device. The RTP 300 has
the space-effective dimension[240 x 310
x 148mm] which is on world best level.
The
RTP 300 has a RS485 port on the back side.
PowerDX¢â software allows you to monitor
and setup the device on communication network.

Protection

The RTP 300 provides the protection both
of general feeder and motor, and directional
power relay[32P, 32Q] required for combined-heat
power plant and distributed power system.
And protection components[OCR, OCGR, OVR,
UVR, OVGR and etc.] can be registered with
two characteristic curves.

The RTP 300 provides measurements of
both of fundamental component[full scale
±1.0% class]for protection relay,
and high accuracy true RMS[full scale ±0.3%
class]for general measuring. And the positive/negative
components of voltage and current, average,
maximum/minimum, and demand measurements
are provided.

Control
|
|
The RTP 300 has 11 digital input channels,
6 digital output channels, and separately
input/output channels for the control of
CB. The digital input channel performs sequential
functions according to the conditions preset
to the channel, and the digital output channel
supports three modes, such as pulse, self-resetting,
and latch to conform to a variety of sequential
requirements.

Online Monitoring/Control
|
|
The RTP 300 has a RS485 port and supports
Modbus RTU protocol. Users easily build
online power monitoring system by PowerDX
software or any other automation programs.

|
|
Power Quality
|
|
The electrical energy data from the meters
offers the information for management and
analysis of energy usage, adapted to operate
or plan the power facilities of energy suppliers
and consumers recently or in the near future.
Particularly demand measurements can be
used as principal data to reduce energy
cost.
